Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a mix of experiences. While the rooms were spacious and quiet, some maintenance issues like falling curtains and a noisy air conditioning unit detracted from the comfort. The location was excellent for exploring downtown and catching ball games, but the dining options were inconsistent, ranging from fresh and bountiful to upsetting stomachs. The service was mostly friendly and efficient, though lacking clear instructions on certain amenities.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and easily fit a group of people. Although there was a slight delay in early check-in, the upgrade I received made up for it. The rooms were impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, though some areas could use a bit of refurbishment.
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel with clean, spacious rooms and a prime location close to all the action. The service was top-notch, with everyone from the valet parking attendant to the breakfast server going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The dining options were hit or miss, but the value for money overall was excellent.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, albeit not exactly as booked, with fair size and a premium price for the location. The service was pleasant, professional, friendly, and helpful. The location was excellent, though not as near as expected to certain places. The dining experience was quite good but slightly pricey. The facilities were pleasant overall.
The hotel rooms were pretty spacious, neat, and clean. However, they felt excessively large for no apparent reason, lacking sufficient furniture and seemed overpriced for the offering. On the positive side, the rooms had a modern and nice design.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so spacious, even larger than the regular hotel rooms. However, the lack of blackout curtains made it tough to sleep with the lights on all night. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the friendly and welcoming front desk lady, Alex was exception. The location was unbeatable, right next door to the CN Tower, the Ridleys Aquarium, and Roundhouse Park. While the dining experience was delicious, I wished it was included, it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't included. Overall, a fantastic experience at this hotel.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel during an Argos game weekend. The modern and very comfortable rooms provided a fabulous view of the railroad tracks just outside Union Station. The service was top-notch, with professional, friendly staff going to great lengths to meet dietary restrictions. The location is unbeatable in the city center of Toronto, especially for exploring tourist attractions or catching a Jays game.
The hotel's location can't be beaten, especially for a baseball weekend, and it offers impressive views of the CN Tower and the baseball stadium from our room. The service, except for Alex, was friendly and welcoming, with the manager going above and beyond to rectify any issues. The dining was a bit disappointing, leading to some stomach upset. The hotel facilities were fabulous, and there were plenty of nearby attractions to explore.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, close to popular restaurants, but the issue with room allocation was a downside. Overall, the cleanliness and newness of the rooms stood out as excellent.
The hotel is a great choice for baseball fans due to its connection to the Rogers Center, offering a unique view of the baseball field and convenient access. The location is unbeatable for exploring downtown Toronto, being close to iconic landmarks and entertainment venues. However, cleanliness was a concern during my stay, affecting the overall experience.
